DEEP DIGGERS LIMITED plans to establish their dredger building yard with total building facility. DSC Dredge LLC and Shandong E-Touch Shipping Engineering Co. Limited have come to an arrangement with Deep Diggers Limited authorizing to build dredgers. The authorizing foreign companies will supply the components to build the dredgers on their behalf and supply the complete-built dredgers to other countries

The radiator acts as a heat exchanger for the engine. It is usually made of aluminum and has many small diameter pipes with fins attached to them. Furthermore, it exchanges the heat of the hot water coming from the engine with the ambient air. It also has a drainage plug, an inlet port, a sealed cover, and an outlet port.
Lever room structure completes including structure, HVAC unit, operators chair, control panel, PLC operating system.
Complete assembled set of DSC model WN200 winches including; two (2) spud winches, Two (2) swing winches and one (1) ladder winch.
The hydraulic package consists of all hydraulic pumps, motors, relief valves, control valves, compensators, pressure reducing valves, filtration, etc. The basic hydraulic package consists of all items required for the hydraulic circuit. DSC will supply the hydraulic hoses as hose assemblies with the fitting crimped onto the hoses. DSC will supply the hydraulic pipe and the fittings (loose). The dredge builder is responsible for cutting the hydraulic pipe to length and installing the fittings on the hydraulic piping. The dredge builder will be responsible for installation of the hydraulic hoses, fabrication of the hydraulic tank and assembly/installation of the hydraulic components. The dredge builder will be responsible for supplying the system hydraulic oil.
The electrical package includes the PLC, junction boxes, transmitters, gauges, etc. The dredge builder is responsible for electrical wiring to the components and installation of the components.
Dredge pumps are one of the most robust equipment for moving material. Dredging utilizes these high-powered pumps to transfer solids and liquids through a pipeline over a set distance and often involves working in sensitive or harsh conditions.
The machinery package consists of the dredge pump, dredge pump coupling, dredge pump stub shaft, marine gear, engine, hydraulic stub shaft, hydraulic coupling and hydraulic pump drive.
